iRest YoGa Nidra Meditation
iRest Meditation is a guided meditation based on Yoga Nidra, meaning “yogic sleep.” It is a secular and trauma-informed practice that’s typically practiced laying down. iRest has been proven to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, chronic pain, and more.
Gentle Yoga
This 60-minute class will include grounding, gentle movement, breath work, and meditation. Class is slow-paced and many modifications will be offered. This is a fantastic way to down-regulate the nervous system.
